- Description
- The Government intends to award an Indefinite Delivery/Requirements, Time and Materials Contract with firm fixed unit pricing arrangement for Field Service Engineering, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) technical support, parts and MATERIAL (OEM) for Rix Industries HPAC/LPAC as required to accomplish tasks directed by individual Task Orders issued by the Fleet Technical Support Center, Atlantic (FTSCLANT). The contractor shall be required to perform inspection, assessment, maintenance, testing and installation of the compressor systems/equipment listed herein. The support shall be provided for all current and future variations and modifications of these systems. The solicitation will be issued as a sole source to Rix Industries, 4900 Industrial Way, Benicia, CA 94510. The solicitation will include provisions for a base year with the option to procure services for five additional one-year periods. The solicitation will contain clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. Solicitation issuance is anticipated 01 SEPTEMBER 2002.
