- This is a modification/update to the synopsis for the Space Mission Communications and Data Services (SMCDS, RFP-03-HAW-001) solicitation that was posted on March 7, 2003. You are notified that the following changes have been made in the documents identified in the Solicitation Amendment 1. 1. SMCDS RFP (Applies to all work packages), Section L.15 Proposal Copies: The last paragraph has been revised to include the KSC KICS work package. Therefore, the paragraph reads as follows: "For the KSC KICS, GSFC MOMS and GSFC NENS work packages, the offeror shall also submit two hard copies and one electronic copy of all cost proposal and basis of estimate information to their cognizant DCAA auditor. This requirement does not apply to all other work packages." 2. SMCDS RFP (Applies to all work packages), Section L.16 Proposal Marking and Delivery, paragraph 2 has been modified to change the delivery location from Building 16W, Loading Dock to Building 25, Room S35. 3. SMCDS KSC KICS RFP, Section B.3 Award Fee, Table B-3, CLIN 0002, 1: The Evaluation Period for CLIN 0002, 1. has been revised as follows: 1/1/04-3/31/04. 4. SMCDS MSFC UNITeS Section J, Attachment J-3: Wage Determination 2003-0068, Revision 1, dated 04/02/2003 has been incorporated into ATTACHMENT J-3, Wage Determinations. This Wage Determination replaces Wage Determinations 1997-0335 (Rev.5) and 2001-0190 (Rev.1), which are deleted in their entirety. 5. SMCDS MSFC UNITeS Attachment A, MSFC UNITeS, Supplemental Proposal Instructions and Evaluations Criteria, Key Personnel Resume Position Description: The Key Personnel Resume Position Description form shows the document as consisting of Pages 1 through 4. However, Page 4 was not reflected in the posted version of the Final RFP. Offerors are instructed to note that the missing Page 4 is identical to Page 3 (with the exception of the instruction paragraph at the top of the page). Offerors shall duplicate Page 3 of 4 as needed when submitting work experience to the Government. 6. SMCDS MSFC UNITeS Draft RFP Questions and Answers: The answers to questions 219 through 236 have been posted. The due date for responses is not extended. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet and are in Microsoft Office 97 format and will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. The Internet site, or URL, for the NASA/HQ Business Opportunities home page is http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=CL&pin=04 Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation and any amendments.
