Description
Please reference The General Services Administration's solicitation to properties interested in the Federal Premier Lodging Program (FPLP). (1.) Solicitation Number TFW-03-0015 for the San Francisco, California area is hereby amended to add the following zip codes: 94030, 94040, 95050, 94070, 94080, 94101, 94301, 94404, 94538, 94583, 94588, 95035, 95825, and 95833. (2.) The date and time set for receipt of proposals for the Federal Premier Lodging Program solicitation number TFW-03-0015 is hereby extended to 4:30 P.M., local time, May 15, 2003. (3.) The following language is hereby added to the solicitation?s Statement of Work: Acceptance of Reservations: ? FPLP contract properties shall accept and honor the government lodging rate(s) established by this contract for reservations against the guaranteed reserved room block(s) made by Federal agencies? travel management centers, online booking engines, and individual travel agents on behalf of Federal travelers or by individual Federal travelers themselves. ? As the Federal Travel Regulation requires travelers to make reservations through their agencies? travel management centers, FPLP contract properties shall upload the government lodging rate at which they received an FPLP award to the Global Distribution System(s) in which they participate under the rate code of ?XVU.? This ?XVU? rate code must be universally accessible by any travel agent. ? This government lodging rate shall be made available to all Federal travelers seeking lodging at the FPLP contract property. FPLP contract properties may require Federal travelers to exhibit their Government identification or Travel Authorization documents upon check in. ? The government lodging rate shall always apply to Federal travelers that reserve and pay for their rooms with a government charge card (the first four digits of Government Master Cards are 5568; the first four digits of Government Visa cards are 4486 or 4716; no other card types apply). ? For Federal Travelers reserving a room by personal credit card, check, or cash, the FPLP Contractor may request a copy of the Federal Traveler?s official travel orders. (4.)
