- Description
- The Coastal Systems Station (CSS), Dahlgren Division, NSWC, Panama City, FL intends to award Jardin & Howard Technology, 13501 Ingenuity Drive, STE 300, Orlando, FL 32826-3009 on a sole source basis support to PEO-MUW and technical support of program planning for POM-06. This acquisition is unsuitable for full and open competition because JHT current employee is a world recognized expert in the field of sonar acoustics and the associated technologies. This level of expertise in combination with the in-depth knowledge of the AN/SQQ-32 sonar makes this capability unique in the industry. Therefore, only Jardin and Howard Technologies is capable of meeting the stated purpose of this requirement. NAICS Code is 541710. Size Standard is 500 employees.
