Description
NA Grand Forks, North Dakota, Historical House Relocation Work includes all plant, labor, materials and supplies to relocate the historical house, garage and porch at 1502 Lewis Blvd to Lot 28 Conklin in Grand Forks. Principle features of work includes, but is not limited to: building a new foundation and demoli shing the old, moving the home with attached garage and porch, hooking up utilities at new location, installing new furnace, building a driveway, and grading & seeding lawn. THIS PROCUREMENT IS ISSUED UNRESTRICTED UNDER THE SMALL BUSINESS COMPETITIVE DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM (PUBLIC LAW 100-656). NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE IS 237990; SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD IS $28.5 MILLION AVERAGE ANNUAL GRO SS REVENUE OF THE CONCERN TAKEN FOR THE LAST THREE FISCAL YEARS. The estimated magnitude of construction in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price is $100,000 to $200,000. In the event the apparent low bid amount exceeds $1 million, and th e firm recommended for award is a large business, it will be necessary for that firm to submit a subcontracting plan, which will be subject to approval, prior to award. For the purposes of formulating the subcontracting plan, in the event it is necessary, the following non-legally binding goals applicable to all subcontracting utilized in the performance of the contract are provided for informational purposes only: Small Business ? 57.2%, Small Disadvantaged Business ? 8.9%, Women-Owned Small Business ? 8 .1%, HUBZone Small Business ? 3%, Veteran-Owned Small Business ? 3.0%, and Subcontract Reporting (SF 294 & SF 295) ? 100%. Plans and specifications are planned to be available as of 09 May 2003, with bid opening 12 June 2003. Plans and specifications ar e available only by CD-ROM. The CD-ROM will be ordered by registering via the St. Paul District web site at www.mvp.usace.army.mil (click on ?Doing Business With Us ? Advertised Solicitations? . An unofficial version of the solicitation will be posted on the District?s website. HOWEVER, ANY FORTHCOMING AMENDMENTS WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE ON THIS WEBSITE. E-MAIL NOTIFICATION WILL BE SENT UPON ISSUANCE OF ANY AMENDMENTS TO ALL REGISTERED FIRMS.
