NSN: 4810-01-418-7044, PRON AX360927, Part Number 145HS775-1, Quantity: Min 52/ Max 452 each, 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity , applicable to the CH-47, F.O.B. origin with deliveries to Texarkana, TX . Required delivery 52 each, 250 Days After COntract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to The Boeing Co (Vendor Code 77272) and Frisby Aerospace (Vendor Code 26437). This part must be acquired from the manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DOD-STD- 100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in t he intended application. Although, by DOD-STD-100 definition, altered and selected items shall have an adequate technical data package, data review disclosures that required data or data rights are not in Government possession and cannot be economically o btained. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil /cmo/ and looking under SAR information. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered by the Agency. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This acquis ition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., Sec 2751 ET SEQ) or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC., App 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470. This information cannot be released outside t he United States without prior approval of the Government. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to closing date stated above.
