- NA Furnish all labor supplies, equipment, and services needed to fulfill the requirements necessary, except those identified as Government Furnished Property to provide Testing Services at Fort Polk, LA. Counseling will be a primary tool in assisting Militar y and DA Civilians in achieving their professional military and civilian educational goals. Administrative support will include updating automated education records and posting test results. Counseling will be directly related to both the US Army's reten tion/reenlistment and Army Continuing Education System (ACES) missions. A major portion of the ACES test support is provided by the Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Education Support (DANTES). Administrative support will include updating automated ed ucation records and posting test results. The Government is contemplating a firm-fixed price contract as a result of this procurement. The proposed contract will have a 12-month base year with 4-option years. The North American Industry Classification S ystem Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 611710. Business Standard is $5.0 million. This solicitation may be downloaded on or about 29 Apr 03 from the following website-http://www.jrtc.polk/DOC/index.htm. This procurement is totally set aside for Hub -Zone Certified. No contract will be awarded to any contractor who is not registered in the Central Contractor Registration.
