- This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC/LNK anticipates issuing an requirements type contract for a basic year with four one year options for the repair of NSN: 5996-01-406-9088EW,P/N: 202919-306, Noun: amplifier and data. Quanities: Basic 11 each, Option I 10 each, Option II 10 each, Option III 9 each, and Option IV 9 each. The proposed contract action is for repair for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Teledyne Electronic Technologies, Los Angeles, CA 90066-6534 (Cage: 16170)under the authority of FAR 6.302-1,10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discrestion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12. The only US contractors who may participate are those that are certified and registered with DLSC and have a legitimate business purpose. See notes 22 and 26.
