- Description
- The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations to provide all batteries, labor, materials, transportation and equipment to replace existing nickel cadmium battery assembly used to support the emergency power generation system located at the VAMC Tomah, 500 Veterans Drive, Tomah, WI., 54660. Contract type is firm-fixed price. This is solicitation is unrestricted and offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. Anticipated award effective date is June 1, 2003. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on or about April 21, 2003. Contract award is subject to availability of funds. Electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the following URL: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/solicitation. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be in writing to the GLAC Contact Point and accompanied by a check for $5.00 made out to the Department of Veterans Affairs. No telephone requests will be accepted. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
