- Description
- Contractor shall provide to the Department of Veterans Affairs, John D Dingell VA Medical Center, 4646 John R St., Detroit MI 48201 and Veterans Affairs Ann Arbor Health System, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105, preventive maintenance and repair of sterilization and related equipment. This equipment is primarily located in the Sterile Processing Division (SPD) of each Medical Center. This contract will be for one base year and two one year options. Solicitations may be requested in writing, addressed to the Contracting Officer, to include Company name, Address, Phone Number, Fax Number and Point of Contact. No telephone or e-mail requests will be accepted. This Solicitation supercedes RFQ 553-41-03, which has been cancelled, due to a requirements change. It is the intent of the Government to make one award. Contractor shall provide pricing on each piece of equipment listed. Contractors that fail to provide pricing for each piece of equipment listed will not be considered. See Numbered Note #1.
