Description: This project includes all labor, equipment, supplies, supervision and incidentals necessary for the reconstruction of the Page Mountain Snow Park, Siskiyou National Forest, Josephine County, Oregon. The work includes demolition of existing structures, construction and repair of buildings, installation of signs and kiosk center, repaving of parking area, construction of walkways and other concrete structures, and site regarding work. Govt. Estimate between $100,000 and $250,000. A bid guarantee is required. The successful contractor shall submit performance and payment bonds prior to start of work. Hard copies of solicitation and drawings will not be available. Solicitation will be available on or about May 7, 2003.
