Description
The Colville National Forest is seeking offers for Design and Installation of three waste water, sewage disposal systems. One will be installed at the Gillette Campground located 25 miles east of Colville, WA on State Route 20. This will be a RV / trailer waste disposal dump site. The other two will be installed at the Sullivan Lake Ranger District Administration site, near Metaline Falls, WA area. One system will be installed for a bunk house residence and the other will be a RV / trailer waste disposal dump site. All three sites will require designs and installation that will be subject to approval of the Northeast Tri-County Health District (Ferry, Pend Oreille, and Stevens). On-site sewage systems shall be designed by a Washington State licensed engineer or designer. Sewage system designers must have a license issued by the State of Washington Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors. Sewage system installers shall also be certified with NE Tri-County Health District (Health District). For more information on certification contact the Health District at 509-684-2262. Contractor will be required to obtain permits and obtain approvals, inspection and acceptance from the Health District. All investigation, design and install work shall be completed by November 1, 2003. There will be incidental demolition of existing facilities and some access road construction. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 234110. The small business size standard is no more than $27.5 million gross average receipts per year. This project is a 100% total small business set-aside. Multiple awards are contemplated. Estimated value for all three projects is from $100,000 to $250,000. Payment bonding will be required. Solicitation forms will be available by May 2, 2003.
