- Description
- Pope Beach Road Rehabilitation Improvements is a water quality improvement project desiged to meet regional water quality standards by upgrading of an existing 128,000 sf parking facility and access road with Best Management Practices (BMP's). Work includes the upgrade of an existing cmp and installation of two new culverts, milling existing ac surface, shaping and grading, improved sub grade, grease and oil separators, restoration of abandoned roadway surface and other site improvements. The project is located from the intersection of US 50 and State Route 89, travel 2.25 miles north on SR 89 to the Pope Beach Road intersection on the right. Project starts at the green gate. Estimated start work date September 4, 2003, contract time 70 days. Estimated solicitation issue date May 7, 2003. There will be a prebid meeting MAY 20, 2003, 2:00 PM, at the project site.
