Description

Purchase one (1) Mobile Home: 16? wide minimum, Three-bedroom minimum, and Two-bathroom minimum. All utility services are present and would be within 15LF of the mobile home. The Government will provide gas pipe, water pipe, evaporative cooler tubing, sewer pipe, and electrical wiring. Contractor will provide miscellaneous fittings necessary for connections and labor to make connections. Amendment No. Two: Add the following sentence under Materials and Products: Electrical Wiring and Fixtures: Components and installation per NEC, UL listed, rated for service size and installation location. Change the first sentence under Technical Proposal, Criteria (3) (c) 4): Warranty data to include all conditions and exemptions on housing unit, including individual component warranties and guarantees such as, but not limited to, appliances, plumbing fixtures and equipment, door, cabinet, and shelf materials and hardware, electrical fixtures and equipment, appurtenances, maintenance and service agreements. Add the following sentence under Technical Proposal, Criteria (3) (c) 7): ?Arduous Duty Employees? for the purpose of this solicitation is intended to convey the fact that most residents will be between the ages of 18-25 and perform daily project work as Wildland Firefighters. Also see amendment No. One to this Notice. Date for receipt of offers has changed to May 5, 2003, COB Local Time.
