- Road Grading. Issue 5/1/03 Due 5/7/03. The Kootenai National Forest, Three Rivers and Cabinet Ranger Districts are soliciting quotes for spring grading of forest roads. Three motor graders will be needed, one in the Yaak area, one in the Troy area, and one on the Cabinet Ranger District. Estimated start work date is May 12, 2003. Multiply contract awards are expected.
