- 4-18-03: The solicitation issue and close dates are hereby changed to the following: issue date is changed from 29 Apr 03 to 6 May 03; close date is changed from 27 Jun 03 to 3 Jul 03. Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) intends to procure a Market Basket of several competitive NSNs from Hubzone Small Business. This is for Hubzone Set-Aside procurement. The proposed contract(s) will be for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with two base year and three one-year option periods for a total of five years. The solicitation issue date is on or about 29 April 2003 with a close date of 27 June 2003. The solicitation package will be available at http://www.dscr.dla.mil/kd/ and the technical data will be available at http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd/mb_index.asp. The solicitation package will consist of 131 NSNs, 1560 FSCs, Aircraft Airframe Structural Details. Evaluation will be on a line-by-line basis. The estimated dollar value is $3.5 million. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
