- 1. 5998-01-473-6261, OSCILLATOR ASSY, MFG NAME: AUTOMATIC POWER INC, PART NUMBER: 9010-0074,QUANTITY 15 EACH; 2. 5998-01-473-6266, DRIVER ASSY, MFG NAME: AUTOMATIC POWER INC.; PART NUMBER: 9055-0005; QUANTITY: 25 EACH. Substitute part numbers are NOT acceptable. Quotes must be received not later than 28 APRIL 2003 in order to be considered for award. Each unit is to be individually packaged in accordance with ASTM D3951. Each unit is to be marked in accordance with MIL-STD-129N. Bar coding in accordance ANSI/AIM BC 1 is required. This is a combined CBD/Synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotation shall include, best delivery in days, pricing for item(s) individually preserved, packed, marked and bar-coded, the company Tax Identification Number and DUNS Number. The offeror must also fill out and return FAR Clause 52.212-3 Offeror Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items (DEC 2001). All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination, USCG Engineering Logistics Center, Warehouse Annex, Columbia Md. All responsive and responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by this agency. ATTENTION: Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs)! The department of Transportation (DOT), short-term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts.
