- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and issued under the authority of FAR Subpart 13.5 “Test Program for Certain Commercial Items” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. V3456848JJ, issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ) is for the purchase of various HP Hardware and Software items. The solicitation document incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular NO2001-12 dated January 27, 2003. This procurement is issued on a non-restricted basis, NAICS Code 513220/small business size standard $11.0 million. Only one award will result from this solicitation via the issuance of a firm fixed price simplified acquisition order. Items are required to be delivered FOB Destination, to the above address which is also the place of inspection & acceptance. Govt desires delivery w/n 30-45 days or sooner, after receipt of order.
