- Description
- Buckley Air Force Base, CO has a requirement for a Landscape Master Plan. The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, materials, supervision, training and other items as necessary to further develop the Buckley AFB Master Landscape Plan at Buckley Air Force Base. This acquisition is an unrestricted solicitation for full and open competition. The Contracting office will require the contractor to have a architect license with an emphasis streetscape design. This acquisition will be accomplished utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12. The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Price type contract with a performance period of 30 days from the date of award. Basis of award will be technical capability, demonstrated ability to meet delivery schedule, price and past performance. Request for Proposal is available only on the Internet at http://www.eps.gov . Request for Proposal will be available on or about 27 December 2002. Request for Proposal will close on or about 15 January 2003 at 4:00 PM. A site visit will be held on 08 January 03 at 0900. All prospective contractors will meet at the Visitor Center located at the 6th Avenue Gate on Buckley AFB. All maps drawings etc? will be provided to prospective contractors, via CD ROM, during the site visit. When the solicitation is posted, it is imperative interested parties review this site frequently for any updates/amendments. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (See Internet site: https://ccr.dlsc.dla.mil.) prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting form this solicitation. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code and size standard are 541310. Small business with an HUB Zone or 8(a) classification will have priority over large or other small businesses.
