- Description
- The Securities and Exchange Commission intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competitive basis with LexisNexis for an electronic service that provides access to court records from federal, state and local courts. This service shall be available via the Internet. The service shall provide access to over 200 million court records from more than 700 federal, state and local courts and provide e-mail notification of newly filed federal court cases and activity on existing cases in federal district courts, allowing users to track cases, litigants, judges, subject matter, jurisdiction, and class actions. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to provide this service, which shall be considered by the agency. See note #22
