- Description
- Multiple award term contract in each of 3 categories for various Government agencies within Printing Region 4. Beginning June 1, 2003, and ending May 31, 2004. Quality Level 3 is required. These specifications cover the production of production of envelopes requiring such operations as electronic prepress, composition, films, printing, packing, and distribution. FREQUENCY OF ORDERS/QUANTITIES: It is impossible to predetermine the number or frequency of orders which will be placed during the term of the contract; however it is anticipated that there will be approximately 100 orders. The breakdown of the categories for the term of the contract is as follows: Category 1--Quantities of 1,000 up to and including 5,000 copies; Category 2--Quantities of 5,001 up to and including 10,000 copies; Category 3--Quantities of 10,001 up to and including 50,000 copies. TRIM SIZE: Various sizes from 3-7/8 x 8-7/8? (#9) up to 10 x 15? in White Writing 20#, White Wove #24 or Light Brown Kraft, #24 ? 40# as indicated. (NOTE: these specifications have not yet been issued; however the target date for issuance of the specifications is April 18, 2003.)
