Description

The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 4,400 BOMA rentable square feet of office and related space along with 2 designated parking spaces in the Central Business Disctrict of Providence, RI. The rentable space must yield approximately 3,200 - 3,800 BOMA usable square feet of space. The term of the lease will be for ten (10) years, five (5) firm. Interested parties must submit a written expression of interest by April 24, 2003, to Joe Nickerson, Contracting Officer, General Services Administration, 10 Causeway Street, Room 985, Boston, MA 02222. Submissions should include: building name and address, available rental and usable square footage and respective rental rates, method of measurement, common area factor, date of space availability, and the owner's name and address and a written statement from the owner that the offeror has legal authority to provide information on the property.
