Item 0001: NSN 5960-01-027-6954, Traveling Wave Tube, Ordering by NSN & P/N per: (1) CAGE 88236 P/N VTL-5341H3 or (2) CAGE 97942 P/N: L5416-54, Quantity 34 EA, Ship To M62204, MCLB Barstow, CA, 92311-5087. End Item Application: A/N TPS-63 Radar. The only approved sources listed on source control drawing are the two CAGEs listed above. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement are not available. The government does not have nor can it acquire data for the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered. Such offers must be supported by evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement and information that will enable the government to evaluate the offer without technical data. Written responses are required. The award determination may be made without discussions; therefore, offerors should submit their proposals with this knowledge.
