- NSN 7R-6620-NO-TAS-SIGN-ED, Qty 992 EA, Deliver to Defense Dist Depot Jacksonville Nas Jacksonville FL , Def Dist Depot San Diego San Diego CA , Contract 100 Percent Small Business Set Aside--The Naval Inventory Point is seeking a non-developmental item to replace the existing Torquemeter Indicator in all US Navy P-3 aircraft. The new item shall be a form and fit replacement that meets the performance statement of work requiring a solid-state analog and digital gauge with a Mean-Time-Between-Failure rate of 5,000 hours. The solicitation will use Trade-off procedures and offerors will be required to submit technical & price proposals. Technical evaluation factors include manufacture of a similar item within the past 3 years, compliance with physical and function requirements, reliability, past performance and delivery. Anticipated date of award is September 2003 with Contractor and Government First Article Testing within 150 days after date of award and production deliveries commencing 360 days at 200 each per month., See Note 1*****
