Description

The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to procure non-personal services on a sole source basisLivelink maintenance used in support of the U.S. Joint Forces Command, Joint Warfighting Center with Open Text Inc. This acquisition is being processed under FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. A firm fixed price order is contemplated. The applicable NAICS code is 541519, and the Small Business size standard is $18M. This requirement is to provide services commencing 01 May 2003 for twelve months as required by the U.S. Joint Forces Command, Joint War Fighting Center. Open Text Inc. is the only company with the requisite technical knowledge to maintain and repair the hardware, software and operating system as a complete package. The following represents that item schedule required for maintenance: CLIN 0001, 1230 each, Maintenance-Livelink Users M-ADDUSER OT00012245; CLIN 0002, one each, maintenance-Livelink Change Agents M-LLCA OT00011036; CLIN 0003, one each, maintenance-Livelink Server M-LLI OT00011036; CLIN 0004, one each, maintenance-Livelink Server M-LLI OT00012245; CLIN 0005, one each, maintenance-Livelink SDK M-LSDK OT00011036; CLIN 0006, one each, maintenance-Livelink Spider M-SPDR OT00011036. Interested persons may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requiremrnt or to submit quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based upon responses to this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
