- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC) Keyport WA. FOB Destination: Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, Keyport, WA 98345 requires 51 each low profile mini-pingers conforming to Navy drawing 402805-2 Rev D and associated drawings: DL-402805 Rev D, 17108 Rev N, DL-100387 Rev C, 200120, Rev A, 200121 Rev B, 301230 Rev C, 301321 Rev A, 301322 Rev B, 301341 Rev B, 301343 Rev A, 402742 Rev D, 402743 Rev C, 100896 Rev F, 101001 Rev D, 600946 Rev B, 100387 Rev K, 300858 Rev F, 300859 Rev E, 403443 Rev E, 101481 Rev B, 101484 Rev A and 200276 Rev A. One first article will be required within 120 days of award. Final delivery of production quantity will be 24 December 2003 Inspection and acceptance will be at destination. This requirement will be procured under FAR Part 12 simplified commercial acquisition procedures. When issued, the RFQ will be posted electronica lly on the NUWC Division Keyport, Acquisition Division website. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFQ. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. It is anticipated that the solicitation package will be available for download via NUWC Division Keyport website (http://kpt-eco.kpt.nuwc.navy.mil) on or about 27 April 2003. Award will be made on, or about 14 May 2003. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFQ/amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same. After downloading the solicitation, firms i nterested in submitting quotes must: (1) complete the pricing, (2) complete all representations and certifications found in the solicitation, and (3) ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov). Numbered note 1 applies.
