- Description
- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport intends to solicit proposals for the fabrication, testing and delivery of Flat Composite Panels and Composite Radomes. The Flat Panels and Radomes shall be fabricated and tested in accordance with Government Specifications . Flat Panel test requirements may be waived if offeror can demonstrate previous successful testing of the flat panels. The Government intends to award a single contract on a Firm Fixed Price basis using FAR Part 13. Award will be based on Best Value. Evaluation factors are Technical Capability, Past Performance and Cost. This effort is 100% set-aside for small business. F.O.B. Destination: Newport, RI.
