- NA Notice: The deadline for proposal submission to the FY03 PRMRP has been extended one day to April 18, 2003 at 5 P.M Eastern Time. This extension is due to potential problems Investigators may have experienced when attempting to access the USAMRMC BAA 02-1 and the FY03 PRMRP Supplement to the USAMRMC BAA 02-1 on the original deadline date (April 17, 2003). However, the CDMRP eReceipt Online Proposal Submission site has remained accessible at https://cdmrp.org.
