- NA Note: Please be aware that the work description has been updated along with a change in the issue and due dates. Portland District, US Army Corps of Engineers requires janitorial services for the Willamette Valley Projects, which are all located in the Southern Willamette River Valley in Oregon. Services will be performed in typical office, shop and plant areas to t he extent specified in the contract at the following locations: Lookout Point Dam and Powerhouse; Dexter Dam and Powerhouse; Hills Creek Intake Structure and Powerhouse; Fall Creek Dam; and Dexter Service Buildings (Project Office, Maintenance Shop, and R esource Annex). Identification of areas within each project and details of work to be performed is presented in the contract as well. The Contractor shall furnish all equipment necessary to accomplish all work required by this contract within the time li mit specified, including ladders and/or scaffolding. The Government will not provide equipment unless specified in the contract. The Contractor shall provide all cleaning supplies and materials necessary to comply with the provisions of this contract exc ept as specified in the contract. In addition, the Contractor shall comply with all chemical hazard communication requirements found in OSHA Standard 29 CFR 1910.1200. Performance period will include base year (July to December) plus 4 option years (Janu ary to December). This procurement is 100% small business set-aside. The size standard for which is a concern, including all affiliates, with the average annual sales or receipts for the preceding three years not in excess of $14 million. The Request fo r Quote (RFQ) will be issued on or about 1 May 03 and due on or about 30 May 03 by 4:00 pm pacific time. To request a copy, please register to our website at www.usace.army.mil.
