Destination with delivery to New Cumberland PA and Stockton CA . Required delivery is 5 each 240 days after contract award (DACA) and 5 each per month until contract completion. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing restrictions. Due to urgency this requirement will be restricted to the prior manufacturers for whom first article test waiver is approved: HR Enterprises INC Cage: 1HS77, SHIN Enterprises Cage: 0FCR8 and The Boeing Company: Cage: 77272. ?THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE E XPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT.? The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation.
