Destination with delivery to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 87 Each 188 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 113 DACA. Required delivery without FAT is 87 Each 125 DACA. This item is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is com plete and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore, foreign requests for this solic itation will not be honored. This acquisition contains data which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States.
