- NA The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain 4,854 pairs of US Army 2nd Lieutenant rank insignia and 3,205 pairs of US Army Branch Insignia (seventeen types of US Army branch insignias are required) (i.e. Air Defense Artillery (AD), Aviation (AV), etc). Both rank and branch insignias are non-subdued and meet Army Regulation to wear on the Class A and Dress Blue uniforms. Construction: Metal with clutch back. Insignias will be shipped to 266 different locations (quantities specified in solicitation), sh ipment must be made on or before 1 May 2003. The Standard Classification Code is 3429, the NAICS code is 332999. This solicitation is 100 percent set aside for small businesses with 500 employees or less.
