- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation # DABJ13-03-T-0035 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation is a small business set-aside. NAICS Code/Size Standard: 811212/$21 million. Description: Five Canon c opiers. Model IR600, serial # NLE11758 (1); Model IR550, serial # NNT16730 (1); Model CLD1150, Color Copier, serial # NNC03675 (1); Model IR400, serial #s NQG15704 and NQG15436 (2). Pricing for additional copies should be quoted separately. Service to incl ude all parts and labor. Service be in accordance with the Canon maintenance checklist. Service to be for a period of approximately five months, from 1 May 2003 through 30 September 2003. Location of the copiers is at Tricare Management Activity, 16401 E. Centretech Parkway, Aurora, CO 80011-9066. The vendor shall include with their quote a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items.
