- Description
- The work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, quality control, and supervision, necessary to complete all operations required for the completion/ready for use, all in accordance with the specifications and plans of this project and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The work to be performed in connection to this project includes but is not limited to the following: Removal and disposal of existing built up and metal roofs; repair of existing built up and metal roofing to include vents, flashings, gutters, downspout, drains, electrical boxes as required on each delivery order; installation of new built up and metal roofing to include vents, flashings, gutters, downspout, drains, and electrical boxes as required on each delivery orders; provision of ?as-built? drawings for records for each delivery order and all other work specified in the specifications and shown on drawings and/or miscellaneous incidental work not shown that may be required to complete the project. The guaranteed contract minimum is $100,000.00 (the guaranteed minimum applies to the total contract, inclusive of option years) with an estimated maximum ceiling amount of $8,000,000.00. The contract type contemplated for this requirement is Firm Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Offers are solicited on an unrestricted basis. The Government may elect to award multiple IDIQ contracts to two or more responsible sources under this solicitation unless the Government determines, after evaluation of offers, that only one offeror is capable of providing the construction services at the level of quality required. Issuance of the solicitation will be on or about 22 May 03. All interested parties should register online and subscribe to receive procurement announcements related to this solicitation. The information may be obtained from the website at www.fedbizopps.gov. There will be no paper copies issued for this solicitation.
