- Description
- Contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to furnish requirement for Forklift Ramps. Specifications: capacity 30,000 lbs; ramp length 30 ft, ramp weight 5350 lbs; deck length 10 ft; deck weight 2500 lbs; deck height 42" - 58" adjustable; width 95". This is a commercial acquisition. This request for quotation is issued as a 100% small business set-aside under the Standard Industrial Calassification Code - 5084, NAICS Code - 421830, and the related small business standard - 100. The required delivery time is 30 days after receipt of award. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to transact business with the Department of Defense (DOD). Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in the CCR may result in the delay of award of the purchase order or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in the CCR at the time of award. Request for quotation will be available to prospective offerors on 17 April 2003 through 23 April 2003. The offer due date will be 23 April 2003/4:30 p.m.. The request for quotation will be available via facsimile or electronic mail copy upon request to the contract administrator, Martha Warren, at (609) 754-3617 or electronic mail at martha.warren@mcguire.af.mil or TSgt Angie Covington at (609) 754-4746 or electronic mail at angie.covington@mcguire.af.mil from 17 April 2003 through 23 April 2003/1630. No offers received after 4:30 p.m. on 23 April 2003 will be considered for award.
