- Description
- The VA Medical Center, Battle Creek, Michigan is soliciting offers to provide Radiology Services for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Community Based Outpatient Clinic, 3019 Coit Avenue, Grand Rapids, Michigan from July 1, 2003, through June 30, 2004, with four pre-priced option years. This solicitation may result in multiple awards. However, the government reserves the right to award all services under one contract. The services required include: on-site technologists, off-site examinations and profession radiology services. Professional radiology groups and off site facilities proposing to perform invasive procedures shall be required to coordinate services to include privileging eligible radiologists if technical and professional services are awarded under separate contracts. Proposals and all required evaluation submissions are due no later than 4:30 p.m., local time, on May 19, 2003. This procurement is a partial small business set-aside with 50% of the procurement set aside for small business concerns. See Note 2.
