- Description
- Attached is the SIR,DTFAWA-03-R-TEOM, package for the TEOM procurement. The FAA will conduct a two-phase source selection process. A Downselect decision will be made at the end of Phase I based on those proposals deemed most likely to receive contract award. The Government reserves the right to downselect any offeror during Phase II if it is apparent that the offeror is not likely to receive the award. The anticipated award date is December 2003. See the attached cover letter, Screening Information Request (SIR), and list of interested vendors.
