Description

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, requires the necessary labor, materials, parts, equipment and supervision necessary to re-roof the 1987 and 1959 building wings at the USDA, ARS, National Sedimentation Laboratory, Oxford, Mississippi. The work includes but is not limited to: remove existing material down to deck (tectum); provide a ? inch tapered drainage between the existing drainage spouts for positive run off; leave existing wall flashing, re-flash existing roof penetrations and equipment; install a waterproof, single-ply roofing system over approximately 4391 square feet. The work will be completed in 60 days. An IFB will be issued on or about May 8, 2003. An estimated cost of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
