Description

The U.S. Department of Agriculture intends to procure an Mass Spectormeter to couple with an elemental analyzer for the oxidative combustion of bulk solid materials, to determine elemental composition (weight % C, N, and S), elemental ratios (C/N) and, via attachment to a mass spectormeter, stable isotope ratios of the combustion products. Training and installation and 1 year warranty are required. The system will be delivered FOB to the USDA, ARS, Southern Insect Management Research Unit, 141 Experiment Station Road, Stoneville, MS 38776. An IFB will be issued on or about May 12, 2003.
