- On 05/08/2003, the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia will hold a morning conference to discuss the commercial Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) solicitation and it's effects on existing DAPA holders and small businesses. The conference will begin at 9:30 AM and end at 12:00 PM. In order to be admitted to the conference, you must pre-register. To register, please call Joseph Wasko @ 215-737-8398 by 05/07/2003. The conference will be held at the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, 700 Robbins Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19111. The location at DSCP is Bldg 6 auditorium. Please allow 30 minutes for security checks and parking. Parking is available at the front of the DSCP installation.
