- PR: NPC03035000927 NSN: 4820-01-319-5783 Valve, Breakaway. Approved sources are: Sikorsky Aircraft Corp (78286) P/N 65317-03804-101 and Eaton Aeroquip Inc. (00624) P/N AE84126P. Qty 6 ea to be delivered to PTZ Cherry Point NC 150 days after date of award. Qty 3 ea to be delivered to SNC New Cumberland PA 150 days after date of award. Item 5001 maximum option quantity for NSN: 4820-01-319-5783 option qty 9 each. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Notes 12 and 26. The solicitation will be available in FebBizOpps on its issue date of 05/06/2003. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS or SRweb solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
