Being procured in accordance with General Motors (24617) P/N 10163726, AM General (34623) 05743222, or Mowag Motorwagenfabrik AG (S3002) P/N 0725308. Total quantity is 331 each with 131 each to be shipped to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001 and 200 each going to (W62G2T) Stockton, CA 95296-0130, . The FOB is destination. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 05/12/03. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. The Small Business size standard is 750 employees. Technical drawings/bid sets are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option for an additional 331 each and requests incremental pricing up to 600 each. This solicitation is unrestricted. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A written quotation is required.
