- Description
- The purpose of this modification is to extend the date for receipt of offers, extend the period of performance for CLINS 0001, 0002 and 0003 from 60 calendar days to 90 calendar days and add an Option CLIN 0004. CLINS 0001 and 0002 deliverables and mid-performance briefing will be due 45 calendar days after contract start date and CLIN 0003 deliverables will be due 90 days after contract start date. Option CLIN 0004 for an implementation process plan and assistance is added to provide offerors a mechanism to propose potential implementation support. Offerors will provide a proposed implementation plan and all associated costs to support their proposed approach to assist with implementation. CLIN 0004 is an Option Item as funds are not currently available to provide for any implmentation assistance. CLIN 0004 would only be exercised should funding become available. Answers to questions concerning this procurement will be posted early next week as another modification to the synopsis solicitation. Proposals are due 02 May 2003 at 4:00 p.m. Local Time to DCMA, Suite 330, 6350 Walker Lane, Alexandria, VA 22310.
