- Description
- The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency intends to award sole source contracts to East of the River Clergy-Police Community Partnership, New commandment Baptist Church and Pilgrim Baptist Church, which will be below the simplified acquisition threshold for Faith-Based Offender Reintegration Coordination Services. Each contractor will be responsible for a cluster or area in the District of Columbia consisting of two to four wards of the city. Working through a cluster coordination council, the contractors will provide the Government with reintegration services for offenders that are available from the faith community within the District of Columbia. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. Interested parties that believe they can meet these needs must supply information about their capabilities no later than 3:00 pm EST, April 25, 2003. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. This award will be made using commercial acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12. No solicitation will be made available. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
