- NASA/GSFC plans to issue a Request for Quotations (RFQ)] for the following Commercial item/services: 1) Quad data locations, using 4 pair, plenum, level 5 enhanced UTP cable, which is to be terminated on RJ45 category 5 jack inserts at each appropriate station and run back to the designated wire closet to be terminated: 99 Each 2) 48 Port patch panel with wire manager and standoff bracket: 9 Each 3)7ft Relay racks: 3 Each 4)Vertical cable managers: 3 Each 5) 12 inch Ladder rack: 1 Each 6) 19 inch Front mount shelves: 2 Each 7) CISCO 2950 10/100 Switch: 1Each The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 541512 and $18m, respectively. The anticipated release date of RFQ5-23166 is on or about 4-22-2003 with an anticipated quote due date of on or about 4-23-2003. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. An ombudsman has been appointed. See NASA Specific Note "B". The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will be in Microsoft Office 97 format and will reside on a World-Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. The Internet site, or URL, for the NASA/GSFC Business Opportunities page is http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=C&pin=51 Prospective offerors shall notify this office of their intent to submit an offer. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the Internet site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any).
