- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR PARKING SPACES in East St. Louis, Illinois The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking expressions of interest to lease between 32 and 115 parking spaces in East St. Louis. The offered space must be located within a two-block radius of the Federal Complex that is located on the corners of 8th Street, Missouri Avenue, and 6th Street.Sites offered must be paved, striped, and can provide secured parking for up to 115 vehicles for the sole use of the Federal Government. The offered spaces must also be contiguous. The lot and the spaces must be or can be altered to meet the Federal Government's standards for Fire Safety, Handicapped Accessibility and any requested tenant improvements.Occupancy is desired by September 2003 for a lease term of ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. Submission Deadline: Expressions of Interest should include: property address; amount of available parking spaces; site plan; rate per parking space; Name, address, and telephone number of individual to be contacted and evidence of authority to represent the owner.
