- This is a request for quote (RFQ) M00681-03-T-0160, all responsible sources may submit an offer to include descriptive literature along with proposal. All contractors submitting a proposal are reminded that you must be registered in the Central Contractors registration database to be considered for award. The website for CCR is http://www/ccr2000.com Proposals are solicited FOB Destination with delivery to Southwest Regional Freight Transportation Department at Building 22151, MCB, Camp Pendleton CA 92055. Delivery is required for all items on or before 30 April 2003. The government will award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest prices technically acceptable offer. Technical offers shall be submitted no later then 25 April 2003 to Shirley Reyes via fax. Technical offers can be sent via U.S. Postal service to Regional Contracting Division, P.O. Box 16 09, Oceanside CA 92051-1609, Attn: Shirley Reyes. If offer is to be sent via Federal Express, address should read; Regional Contracting Division, Building 22180 MCB, Camp Pendleton, CA 92055, Attn Shirley Reyes. Fax offers should be address to Shirley Reyes (760) 725-8445, and clearly state the solicitation number on the first page to ensure receipt, Offers bear the burden of ensuring that all pages of the proposal reach the designated office before the deadline specified in the solicitation.
