- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ intends to issue a sole source procurement to GE Druck Incorporated, New Fairfield, Connecticut to procure three (3) each Air Data Test Set (P/N ADTS405-8325) in support of the Italian Navy Program. GE Druck Incorporated is the design control agent with logistics support analysis database to produce the Air Data Test Set. They are the only source of certain essential proprietary information/data, specific to the Air Data Test Set. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may or may not be used by the Government in determining whether or not to open this requirement to competition. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based on the responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
