Description

NA Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Warfare Agent Escape Mask. The National Guard Bureau (NGB), Air Acquisition (AQF) intends to award a sole source contract to Quick Protective Systems, Inc. (QPS) in Stuart Florida for the company?s Quick 2000 Escape Hood Without Hard Case, Part No. 600660. The anticipated award wil l be a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order. Market research determined that the use of a mouthpiece was the preferred method over a form fitting seal and that QPS Inc. is the only company currently producing this type of mask that includes an effective hood and filter. Anticipated award date is 1 May 03.
