- NA The invitation for bid, for Alteration and Repair of Wearing Apparel, Fort Rucker, Alabama, issued April 16, 2003 and is scheduled to open at 2:30 PM on May 19, 2003, as stated on the Standard Form 30, page l, Amendment 0001. Due to software problems, this solicitation is not currently availabe at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) site. In order to receive a complete, legible copy of this solicitation, you will need to download it only from http://www-rucker.army.mil/doc/doc.htm, to view the current requirements. The original advertisement had an anticipated issue date of on/about 24 March 2003. The advertisement was to furnish all plant, labor, material and equipment necessary for alterations and repair of wearing apparel. Alteration services will b e for 72-hour individual piece rate and 72 hour organizational work at Fort Rucker, AL for the period 1 August 2003 throught 31 July 2004 with four option years. This acquisition is a 100 percent small business set-aside for small business concerns whose a verage aannual receipts of the concern and its affiliates for its preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $4,000,000.
